How do I exchange my defective device?

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with your BACtrack device. We stand behind our products and want to be sure you are getting the most out of your device. Please follow the steps below to begin an inspection under warranty.

2. In the email, please include as much detail about the issue you are experiencing. 
3. Attach your proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, item description, and amount paid. Please include your shipping address in the email if it is not displayed or is not correct on the proof of purchase. 
4. Once received, one of our customer support representatives will help you troubleshoot the issue.
5. If the issue is not able to be resolved, we will send you a shipping label and authorization number to send us the device. 
6. Once received we will inspect the device and either repair or replace it.
